Maddy Polomeni is committed to guaranteeing a high level of protection of the personal data of the customers who use the Regiondo service and of any other person whose personal data it processes.
Maddy Polomeni undertakes to comply with the regulations applicable to all processing of personal data that it implements. In particular, it undertakes to respect the following principles:

Terms of order
The order is deemed accepted only after acceptance by the Provider. In the absence of receipt of an acknowledgement of receipt of the order within 3 calendar days following the date of the order, the purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the order without penalty.
Furthermore, as long as the seller has not confirmed the order, the buyer shall be entitled to modify it. Any modification of the price conditions must be brought to the attention of the buyer and must be accepted in writing by the latter. The order accepted by the seller constitutes a firm and definitive commitment on his part and implies his acceptance of the present general conditions of order.
Insurance: Professional Civil Liability – ASSUR COACH SPORTIF RCPRO ALLIANZ- Contract n°: n°56089444/ALRCP10100-1
The seller undertakes to take out, at his own expense, the necessary insurance to cover the responsibilities he incurs as a result of the execution of the order, for any bodily, material or immaterial damage.
Ticketing : Ticket validity period : until the day of the chosen service.
Right of revocation
Non-cancellable / non-refundable.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable to the reservation of online leisure activities.
The company Maddy Polomeni reserves the right to cancel the service, depending on weather conditions or eventual bans on access to the mountains, in connection with the safety of the participants. In this case, the buyer will be fully refunded without penalty.
Article L221-28, created by Ordinance n°2016-301 of March 14, 2016 – art. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts: 12° For the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transportation services, car rentals, catering or leisure activities that are to be provided on a specific date or period.
